HOW MUCH AND WHAT CAN CHOOSE THE EGO? Part 2

This capability of choice is also related to the unconscious and subconscious reality. (Unconscious refers to the psychic part where the basic instincts, the instinctual Self, and the dormant and wiped memories lie. Subconscious refers to an even deeper psychic level, that concerns recondite emotions, also due to traumatic situations or inexplicable fears).

All that is chosen by the personality, does not always relate to the Conscious reality only.

Often the individual places itself or decides about its own directions, following some unconscious or also subconscious pushes.

Account should therefore be taken of those possibilities.

Drawing the proper considerations, in certain cases an individual expresses its own choices consciously, while in other cases unconsciously.

However, the Soul is what always directs and attracts situations, events and relationships, conductive to one’s own evolution, to itself.

It can therefore be understood how the argument about free will is very complex and dialectical.

It is true that earthly reality lives out in duality (light-shadow, hot-cold, health-sickness…), but it is also true that the state of consciousness is what always decides the direction of one’s own steps.

It is true that the individual stands alongside other individuals and therefore other situations, spinning a interweave of a web that has to be deployed. However, it is also true that the Soul has already provided its incarnation project at the source with a predetermined path, that stands alongside variables itself.

Hence, the freedom of choice of an individual essentially consists in choosing one variable or the other. All these variables flow otherwise to the will of the soul in order to undertake determinate directions to its evolution.

In the rising process the individual, regaining the Right Discernment, attracts situations, events and relationships in accordance with the reality of Love (see also previous article).

As a result relationships, situations and events, attracted by the soul, will be situation increasingly aligned to the harmony and the well-being, because the choices of the soul and the personality aligned to it, are chosen in resonance with the Truth.

Account should also be taken of this historic moment, that the Planet Earth and the whole Humanity are facing.

The start of the new Era promotes specifically, at the level of the macrocosm (planetary and social context) and the microcosm, the dividing line between past and future.

At microcosmic level (individual context), some situations still highlight the legacy of one’s own past and a process that is not yet at the point of consummation.

The New Era, in the broader context as in the subjective and individual context, has promoted a process of Transformation.

It is a process of profound renewal, of Transmutation.

“Going back Home” (the last step in the rising process, the return to the Original Creative Source) leads you to achieve the True Freedom.

The freedom to be yourself.

The freedom to exist in the Love and in the Truth.

The freedom to be Love and to be Truth.

HOW MUCH AND WHAT CAN CHOOSE THE EGO? -Part 1

Sometimes it can happen that you find yourself embroiled in extremely complicated situations, which seems hard getting away from, despite the lucidity about the role play that is achieved by the actors involved .

In such cases, you feel like you are not able to take any decision on this matter, because any direction, foreseeable or plausible, would lead to further disadvantages.

Even when you succeed in carrying out a clean decision making, your personal involvement, however, would remain as a result of a spillover effect.

Thus, can lead the individual, who lives this experience, to a sense of helplessness that persuades them to play and perceive their own role in a liability light, at the mercy of the other or the others that are involved in this matter, or at the mercy of events.

So, how much and what can choose the Ego?

Free will and free choice.

The individual Being is made of various aspects ( physical body, psyche, Soul, Spirit or Higher Self) and every aspect has its own way of Existing.

In contingent circumstances, everyone exercises and expresses the personality (the Self). The personality acts and reacts in response to stimuli that are induced by several situations and opportunities.

In the awakening process, it has been said how the Soul initiates a self-awareness process, in order to progressively aligns itself, for vibration, with its own Higher Self.

During this process, also the Ego ( personality ) comes alongside in the process of harmonization.

The non-awakened Ego faces and expresses itself through what it perceives according to the the state of consciousness, purely aligned with the will to survive and the will to achieve its own basic needs (livelihoods, relationships , roles …).

In this stage, the Ego lives on illusions, believing they are the absolute truth (totally identification with your own roles, your own status, your own family…).

Nevertheless, this distorted picture of the Ego does not fall within a broader view, aligned with the Consciousness of Truth.

It is important to distinguish what is meant by “free will”.

Free will means the capacity of an individual who has achieved the conditions of discerning the True from the false.

Those who are along the rise process (see the previous article) gradually retrieve the right discernment.

A soul, when has not awakened yet, does not profess the free will but first (before the incarnation)expresses choices in conformity with its own state of consciousness.

As a result, also the personality, related to that Soul, expresses in its experiencing the capability of choice.

TWO KINDS OF INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS

Original article posted on February 1st 2016 by Cailloux

THE DICHOTOMY BETWEEN THE SOUL’S REALITY AND THE EGO’S REALITY

The inner serenity is distinguishable from the psyche serenity.

This issue affects the dichotomy that exists between the soul’s reality and the ego’s reality.

The reincarnated person constantly lives this state of duality.

Even when the awaken Ego aligns itself, in terms of vibration, with the soul and later with the Spirit, it still lives in the relational reality.

The awaken Ego, aligned with the Self, finds the right centring and harmonisation with itself. However, the awaken Ego keeps living in the incarnate reality also trough the relationship with the external environment and with other individuals, that it encounters along its own path of the becomingness.

It is true that relationships are the mirror of one’s own evolutionary needs, in awareness of self-knowledge and the knowledge of the truth. But it is also true that the meaning of relationships rests on other foundations.

These concern the Law of Attraction and the Law of Resonance.

The Law of Attraction takes action on the subject of echoes that are promulgated by thoughts or external projections of yourself (constraints, conditions, beliefs, desires, your own experience, fears).

The Law of Resonance takes action when the echoes of individuality in their entirety attract vibrating waves of the same kind.

Hence, there are two types relationships.

The first type belongs to the conditions and the situations of becomingness.

The second type belongs to the conditions and the situations of being, therefore of Truth.

The first classification is children of basic needs of the not-awaken Ego or the Ego that is not harmonized with the Higher Self.

The second one, is children of deep needs of the soul that enters into the transmutation process, the rise process. (The rise process means the awaken soul’s start to a gradual process of alchemic transmutation, that is able to harmonise and reunite the soul itself to its Higher Self, where the Seal of God exists; our true Essence, out true Identity, our authenticity and uniqueness).

Hence, the meaning of the first type is significant for experimentation, for achieving awareness that leads to awakening, to awareness of the real significance of Love, through no-love situations (situation of suffering, sense of dissatisfaction, states of competition, prevarication and manipulation…)

The second type, promotes relationships of the soul’s complementary for a process of integration in Love and through Love, in order to be Love (love’s transformation from attribute to being).

At this stage, then, the relationships dress up with the Aura of Love.

Love is lifeblood, it’s joy, it’s peace, it’s fulfilment, it’s union, it’s sharing in the purity of intentions and actions.

HOW TO IMPROVE OUR RELATIONSHIPS – Part 3

Original article posted on January 26th by Cailloux

  • Show up with a sense of responsibility and take potential risk (courage to get involved beyond one’s own vulnerability and fear).

  • Be proactive to overcome the crises (meeting the needs of the other, without giving up on yourself and what your conscience says).

  • Express your own motivations (the reason behind a specific behaviour), your own intentions, your own needs through dialogue.

  • Put the other at ease, to ensure that they can freely say what they think and the way they feel (free from judgment, but with acceptance).

  • Always be yourself without masks and calculated strategies.

  • Don’t let your own fear and anxiety handle your life. Fear and anxiety lead to wrong behaviour and wrong decisions (poor lucidity and lack of balance).

  • Don’t feed anger with grudge, resentment, hatred and projection of your own grey areas and your own life experience on the other.

  • Feed and nourish the relationship, never taking anything for granted.

  • Say three key words (Pope Francis): can I?, thank you, I’m sorry.

HOW TO IMPROVE OUR RELATIONSHIPS – Part 2

Original article posted on January 26th by Cailloux

  • Don’t judge. Value the behaviour, not the person.

  • Relate by comparing and exchanging, in the desire and in the commitment to change what we need to change for the relationship’s sake.

  • Understand the meaning of every relationship as a mirror and as an experience for personal growth.

  • Prepare for listening to yourself and to the others.

  • Get out from one’s own point of view in order to extend the visual horizon (misunderstanding, misinterpretation, misconceptions, rigid schematic approaches, biased views, strong stances…) and become available to the clarification.

  • Try to understand what is behind the controversy (accepting the other’s fragility from the perspective of willingness to provide assistance and support).

HOW TO IMPROVE OUR RELATIONSHIPS – Part 1

Original article posted on January 26th by Cailloux

In the spiritual and psychological sense, the meaning of relationships is to get to know each other and to bring out parts of ourselves (Mirror Law), .through the comparison with the other , in order to become aware about it.

Whatever relational situation, including the one we regard as negative, because it is source of frustration or pain, expresses the right experience for everyone, as each one attracts to themselves what they need.

Hence, the other serves as teacher, in order to get to awareness, necessary for one’s own evolution.

It is of fundamental importance, in order to develop a objective vision of your individuality, to gain the propensity to the neutral, careful and continuous observation of yourself

It is always good to become aware of your thoughts, your feelings, your emotions and actions in order to highlight possible contradictions, conflicts and inconsistencies between what you think, what you feel, what you say and what you do.

A balanced approach, dominated by the issue of harmony, makes good relationships.

For this purpose, there are several ingredients.

Among these, the following considerations:

  • Overcome the excessive individualism and identification with your own role and your own roles (ego-centred vision). This approach is the result of the idea of separation between the “self” and “you” and the result of ego’s ambition to achieve roles of prestige and privilege, according to status symbol. The self feels threatened by the other, and every action by the other is frequently seen as an invasion within his own territory.

  • Prevent the hierarchy of roles (rigid positions and power struggles), but pursue the respect and acceptance of role’s differences in terms of confrontation and dialogue.

  • Express empathy, acceptance, honesty and loyalty.

  • Converse with the other through an assertive communication (put our interlocutor on the same level).

THE POINT OF NO RETURN

(Original article posted on january 18th 2016 by Cailloux)

Why our aspirations don’t often take shape despite the good intentions, the coherence between good resolutions and actions, the sense of responsibility and the determination to achieve our goals?

The most frequent answers concern:

  • conflict between the Ego’s and the Soul’s will

  • karma

  • opposition between desires and True needs

  • quality of time (it’s not time yet)

  • the fact that, once you identify your target, you don’t let go.

One more reason can exist.

If the goal is not achieved, it’s because the process of concretisation hasn’t reached the point of no return.

The flow of becomingness deploys in a sine way movement.

The elaboration and the consumption of a process that includes an ascent and a descent phase (sine wave) is what permits to achieve the point of no return.

The intersection point between ascent and descent is the point of no return.

Here is where a transformation in energy terms and an individual awareness occur, that enable a turning point of the concretisation of change.

THE PROCESS OF CONCRETISATION

(Original article posted on january 12nd 2016 by Cailloux)

New Year’s marks a new change of vibrational frequency.

A new year has just begun.

This time marks the start of a change in a precise and defined way.

Change as a renewal.

Change as a transformation.

Change in accordance with the Notes of Spiritual Values.

The old structures of the past are getting more and more weak.

The renewal spirit blows the wind of transformation.

This year, hence, marks the start, the beginning of a new phase for humanity and for everyone (2012-2016: 4 years).

Number 4, in its symbolic significance, means concretisation.

The concretisation process

It takes place by specific Laws which start the path to turn the initial idea of a drawing into a reality.

These Laws encode some Superior Information which are able to transfer and transform the original idea into a process of four main steps:

  1. Will of the original idea.

  2. Energetic movement that promotes the start of a realisation process. The Energy on the basis of the Creation is the Energy of Love which catalyses and unites every molecule of both one and all elements. The idea set in motion by the Primary Energy is moving to find its own rootedness.

  3. Gestation. The idea gradually begins to take shape.

  4. Concretisation. The idea from mould turns and crystallizes, collapses into a concrete shape.

However, the whole process itself is dependent on other factors and variables:

  • correlations

  • interrelations

  • contributory causes

  • synchronicity

Thus, the time to achieve concretisation of an original idea is variable in nature and not defined in absolute terms.

The nature of intentions is what surely means, but also the correlation between the individual plan and the Divine Superior Plan.

When this correlation occurs, the possibility of concretisation and speeding are perfectly plausible.
